Wonderful Golden Week

The week-long National holiday is over but we have the memories of a great time with our Lifepegs family.
More than 20 foreign and Chinese members got together in our National Day Birthday Bash on October 1st, watching parades, and eating birthday cakes, to celebrate the 60th birthday of China.

In this beautiful fall, how can we miss gorgeous red leaves without taking a look at them? Lifepegs took its members to Jiaohe both on October 2nd and October 7th for red leaves viewing. Members played various games, had picnics and took pictures in the red leaf forests. Through rope games, bear hugging, face to face and harmonious cup of family relationships games, members learned the importance of relationships and communication, and how to handle relationships and communicate with others while having fun.
On October 3rd, more foreign and Chinese members got together at Lifepegs, eating a Mid-Autumn dinner and mooncakes, to celebrate the traditional Chinese family reunion festival with their Lifepegs family in the pleasant atmosphere with signs and four on a couch games.
What’s the best thing to do in autumn? Of course, picnic! On October 5th, Lifepegs took its members to Nanhu Park where they played Frisbee and Rugby, enjoyed the beautiful fall scenery by the lake, and had a picnic.
October 6 is a special day for some members because for the very first time, they learned how to make their own American cookies with the help of our American member Heidi. They were so excited when their own cookies came out of the oven with beautiful colors.

In this fashion epoch, what can you do? Well, check this out! On October 8th, members at Lifepegs created their own fashion by designing their own T-shirts. Some of them were so creative with their T-shirt designs. Thanks to our teacher Tao Ye who majors in painting and did a great job in helping our members with their designs.

Our colorful golden week holiday passed by, and our members said that they had a great time with Lifepegs, and look forward to future times they will spend with Lifepegs!
