I. Party Guidelines
1. All parties must be booked one week before the party date.
2. Each party must be held for at least two hours.
3. All members need to pay a 50 RMB deposit unless it is arranged by Lifepegs staff.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
5. Parties may not be bigger than 70 people.
6. If anything is broken during the course of the party, the replacement cost of the item should be paid by the one booking the party.
7. Party members are only allowed to play the music provided by Lifepegs. Videos played during the party should also be checked with Lifepegs’ staff prior to viewing.
8. One must obtain permission from the Lifepegs staff to use and operate the DVD player, stereo, and projector.
9. If there is another activity which is scheduled at Lifepegs, party members are only allowed arrive at club 30 minutes earlier.
10. Lifepegs has the right to stop any activity if the activity does not observe the guidelines of Lifepegs’ party policy.
11. Activities which encourage a poor spirit, criticism of others and complaining of any kind will not be permitted Party members should not smoke or drink alcoholic beverages in the club house per Lifepegs’ policy.
12. During a scheduled party at Lifepegs, other members are allowed to hang around at club, but certain office areas will be restricted to party use only.

II. Party Fees

*“Lifepegs Experience Party” means the Life Pegs’ staff will supply a party program per the party booking requirements

Lifepegs Excitement Party—below are the provided services:
Games
Help in ordering food
Does not need to clean facility after party
Help order birthday cakes
Permission to bring in outside food

Lifepegs Experience Party –includes all of the above services of the Lifepegs Excitement Party as well as the services below:
Lifepegs staff will organize indoor and simple outdoor activities
Free use of Lifepegs' games and supplies with supervision of Lifepegs staff
